Pilates Fitness was the very first Pilates studio in Omaha, established in June 2001. Pilates Fitness Owner and Instructor Chi Penner had suffered serious neck whiplash and knee injuries in an automobile accident and was looking for a kinder and gentler form of exercise that could be effective in rehabilitating her injuries as well as keeping her in top physical condition. Chi found Pilates to be the perfect solution! Chi subsequently obtained her Pilates training with Polestar whose founder was a physical therapist skilled in modifying his training to meet the specific needs of each individual.


Pilates is a great alternative to the weights I do on other days. It seems to be helping with toning, even at one time per week. Love the Bosu classes too! Would love to have a few more of those classes offered. A great workout for me.
