"I felt very honored when Micaela Johnson, Miss 2008 Nebraska USA, contacted me to express her desire to have Pilates Fitness train her for her competition in Las Vegas this coming April.  Upon consulting with Micaela, I learned that she already weight trains five times per week.  My concern is to not overtrain and burn out Micaela.  Her concern is that she might put on too much body mass and look too much like a body builder for her competition.  She desires to have a strong long lean body of a dancer.  Currently she is coming to the studio twice per week, and we work on strengthening her core and flexibility to give her a long lean look.  We push her hard and challenge her and we are very impressed with her hard work ethic, her tenacity, and her poise.  We wish her the best as she heads to Las Vegas for the 2008 Miss USA pagaent."
